 IT Business Analyst - Agriculture

Trisian-Global Consulting LLC is recruiting for an experienced IT Business Analyst with a strong background in the agriculture industry and a passion for leveraging technology to drive business success. In this role, you will work closely with internal clients, vendors and partner firms to identify their business needs, gather requirements, and develop solutions that align with their goals. You will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing insights to help make informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and gather requirements for IT solutions
• Conduct research and analysis to identify industry trends and best practices
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of IT solutions with business goals
• Create project plans and manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery of solutions
• Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure quality and functionality of IT solutions
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful implementation and adoption of IT solutions
• Monitor and report on the performance of IT solutions and make recommendations for improvements
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology advancements and make recommendations for their implementation in the agriculture industry

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably in the agriculture industry
• Strong understanding of agriculture business processes and operations
• Experience with project management and agile methodologies
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of ERP systems and their implementation is a plus
