We are in search of a skilled and proficient Data Analyst to support our HR function. In this role, you'll be tasked with managing the HR system, along with handling people reporting and analytics. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a suite of Power BI dashboards, meeting standard monthly reporting needs, and adhering to annual regulatory requirements.
Our ideal candidate will use their excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate closely with our HR admin, recruitment, and people partner teams to support our HR system, and address people data requirements across the organisation.
In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we’re offering a competitive salary range of £35,000 to £39,000 p.a. (dependent on experience) with these great benefits:

• Administration of the SAP SuccessFactors HR system, supporting users across the business
• Troubleshoot, test and fix technical issues with the HR platform
• Produce standard and ad-hoc management information reports for the business
• Maintain a suite of Power BI dashboards
• Assist the wider HR function with data requests and system support
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and Seetec Group Policies
• Undertake gender and ethnicity pay gap reporting and annual pay review

Essential
• Strong experience of data visualisation tools such as MS Power BI
• Proficient in writing DAX Formulas
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and provide meaningful insight
• Advanced Excel user, formulas and pivot tables
• High level of attention to detail and the ability to deal with confidential and sensitive data in line with GDPR
Desirable
• Experience of HR Systems, primarily SAP SuccessFactors
• Good understanding of HR Knowledge, process and key metrics
• Project Management skills and experience
• Excellent technical and trouble shooting skills
