HR Data Analyst- German Speaking (m/f/d) - 100% remote
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated HR Data Analyst to join our Human Resources team. This role is pivotal in managing our employee data, conducting skills surveys, and working closely with the IT department to integrate and manage this data within our Microsoft 365 system. The ideal candidate will be a bridge between HR and IT, ensuring data accuracy, security, and effective utilization for HR processes and decision-making.
Your daily tasks:
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR databases, including personal and employment details, ensuring compliance with privacy laws and regulations.
- Skills Assessment: Design and conduct surveys to assess and analyze employee skills, competencies, and development needs.
- IT Collaboration: Work closely with the IT department to facilitate the seamless integration of HR data into Microsoft 365, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for authorized users.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and insights from HR data to support HR strategy and decision-making, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve HR data management processes and systems in collaboration with IT, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR data management and analysis, with a strong understanding of HR processes and data requirements.
- Strong technical skills, including experience with Microsoft 365 and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Knowledge of data protection and privacy laws.:
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Proactive in identifying and resolving data and system issues.
- Flexible, with the ability to adapt to changing technologies and processes.
- Strong ethical standards and integrity in handling sensitive information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (C1+ or native speaker) and English.
