Purpose of the job 

We are seeking a detailed-oriented HR Data Analyst to be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our HR data in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System), to support the HR Operations department in data entry, and to perform analysis and reporting. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and a proficiency in data management. 

 

  Key responsibilities  

  • Accurately enter and update HR data in HRIS(Human Resources Information System) 
  • Resolve data discrepancies 
  • Assist the Senior HR Data Analyst to collect, analyse and report on data accuracy 
  • Conduct data validation and quality checks to ensure data reliability 
  • Collaborate with HR Operations to understand HR data requirements 
  • Provide support and training to HR Operations on data entry procedures and best practices 
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies 
  • Handle sensitive HR data with the utmost confidentiality and integrity 

  

Knowledge, Skills + Experience 

  • CIPD qualification Level 3 or higher 
  • Proven experience as in data entry and analysis, preferably within a HR environment 
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy 
  • Experience of HRIS, preferably Dayforce 
  • Knowledge and understanding of the HR employee lifecycle 
  • Experience in data analytics and reporting is preferred 
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel 
  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills 
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to data governance and protection 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
