Before moving into a specialist Data Analyst job you will work across multiple departments - Business Development, Consultancy, Customer Support and Data Analysis to get a full understanding of our IT Service Management products and the business. You will be pushing yourself to explore avenues you may not have previously considered, before choosing a specific area to specialise in.
We promise that you won’t spend the first couple of months just shadowing colleagues and reading documents. You get real responsibilities and the chance to make a significant difference right from the start.

In order to apply to the Halo Graduate scheme, you must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 2:1 in any numerate discipline, ideally maths, science, business or computing related. Stronger applicants will also have a master's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Strong A-Level grades or equivalent,
- Right to live and work in the United Kingdom.
- Available to work full-time in Stowmarket, Suffolk (Trains - Ipswich 15 mins, Bury St Edmunds 22 mins, Norwich 29 mins)
- Graduated in the last 2 years or graduating soon.
- Customer service experience.
- Good all-round basic IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
