Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/h3>Lead the development of performance measurement frameworks and meaningful KPIs.
<\/p><\/li>
Apply quantitative and qualitative data analysis to drive service improvement.
<\/p><\/li>
Work closely with stakeholders, user researchers, and service teams to deliver actionable insights.
<\/p><\/li>
Communicate analysis clearly using appropriate formats and tailored messaging for varied audiences.
<\/p><\/li>
Interpret and analyse user data to guide service design and delivery decisions.
<\/p><\/li>
Support the collection, validation, preparation, and cleansing of data.
<\/p><\/li>
Use Power BI, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Azure Data Services<\/b> to build dashboards and performance reports.
<\/p><\/li>Leverage BigQuery and Google Tag Manager<\/b> for advanced data analysis, tracking, and reporting.
<\/p><\/li>Ensure compliance with digital service standards and accessibility principles.

Essential Skills and Experience:<\/b>
<\/h3>Demonstrated 5+ years of experience working within performance analysis or similar roles.

Strong technical capability in:
<\/p>
Microsoft Power BI
<\/p><\/li>
Microsoft Azure Data Services
<\/p><\/li>
Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, BigQuery, Looker Studio<\/b>
<\/p><\/li>Statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and significance evaluation
<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>
Experience in designing and implementing performance frameworks and KPIs.
<\/p><\/li>
Skilled in user -centred analysis, translating user research and behaviour into strategic insight.
<\/p><\/li>
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
<\/p><\/li>
Familiarity with data quality assurance and preparation best practices.

Desirable Skills:<\/b>
<\/h3>Experience in public sector, internal services, or large -scale digital transformation.
