About the Role
Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst II to provide analytical support for financial forecasting, variance analysis, and business-driven financial modeling. In this position, you will lead the preparation of financial reports, assess profitability, and support strategic decision-making across departments. This role requires 3–5 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

  • Build and maintain forecasting and budgeting models

  • Perform variance analysis and recommend corrective actions

  • Create reports and presentations for leadership with data insights

  • Collaborate with departments on the financial impact of initiatives

  • Conduct cost-benefit and profitability analyses

  • Enhance reporting tools and automate dashboards

  • Develop ad hoc financial models for strategic projects

  • Mentor junior analysts and support their development

  • Maintain accurate documentation and audit readiness

  • Adhere to BLS policies, confidentiality standards, and safety protocols



Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel)

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

  • Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with Great Plains or TMW Systems is a plus

  • Class D driver’s license required
