ERP Business Analyst

The Client of Roljobs Technologies Pvt Ltd.

We are currently on a hunt for a Business Analyst to join our client's team in Raleigh, NC.

What you’ll be doing:

• The purpose of this job includes business requirements analysis. 
• Developing functional specifications.
• Designing and configuring SAP or other ERP and non-ERP based enhancements performing and/or leading system testing.
• Developing and maintaining system documentation.
• developing and delivering training, and providing ongoing operational support.

We would love to hear from you if :

• 3+ years of previous experience supporting ERP business applications.
• Must have strong customer service skills is required.
• Previous SAP or ERP experience within the consumer products industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/IT/Computer Science or related field is required.
