Position Description






Serco is excited to contiune to the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Program Office. This contract provides program management support in support of the full acquisition life-cycle of the F-35 program, to include development, production, and sustainment.

Our Enterprise Data Analyst, located in Crystal City, Arlington, VA, supports the F-35 Directorate of Acquisition and Integration (DA&I) in its role managing JPO functions as they relate to business operations, foreign compliance, process improvement, cost, requirements, and acquisition.

 

In this role you will;

  • Support DA&I in establishing, maintaining, and providing surveillance of the QMS Assist DA&I in staffing, training, equipping, and providing standardization for all personnel responsible for implementing and maintaining the JPO QMS supporting PMO quality oversight responsibilities Assist DA&I in developing and implementing quality assurance oversight processes procedures that assure appropriate program oversight of Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) quality assurance activities.
  • Configuration Management (CM) – support DA&I in the management and approval of configuration management/data management by the Joint Capability Requirements Board (JCRB) and Joint Capability Control Board (JCCB)
  • Cost support DA&I in providing the Enterprise Cost Estimate.
  • Assist DA&I in managing procurement and enterprise procurement metrics
  • Assist DA&I in managing Government Property (GP) and Government Furnished Property
  • Provide program management and analysis support in Financial Improvement Audit Readiness (FIAR), enterprise earned value, data rights strategy, Integrated Product (IP), and the POM or Performance Based Regulation (PBR) process.
  • Assist DA&I in Procurement Process and Product Management Team (PMT) management, small business contracting and management, scheduling (e.g., the Enterprise Integrated Master Schedule [IMS]), and enterprise risk management
  • Assist DA&I in managing the PMO Integration Council (PIC)








Qualifications






To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline.
  • The ability to provide on-site support at F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) located in Crystal City, VA no less than 2-days per week, each week. Exact days in office at the JPO must be coordinated with F-35 customer and approved by your Serco manager. (Your onsite days in JPO office including ad hoc meetings may increase to support the needs of the customer.)
  • 6 out of ten 10 years of professional experience related to analysis and planning.
  • 3 years in support of a Major Defense Acquisition Program (MDAP).
  • Master’s degree in related Field, or bachelor’s degree in a related field with an additional four years of experience (14 years of experience total).
  • Demonstrated experience in the program/project status, earned value management and schedules
  • Must have ability to obtain an active secret DOD clearance 
  • Up to 10% travel
