This position is a remote/ hybrid role based out of our London, UK office, and will report to the Enterprise Applications Manager who is based out of our London, UK office. 

 

The Enterprise Applications Business Analyst will work across internal departments and teams translating business needs into engineering requirements. A key aspect of this role is the ability to elicit requirements from non-technology business teams and manage the conversation with the internal and external technology teams in order to arrive at technology solutions that meet the business need.  Responsibilities include:

 

  • Use a variety of techniques to elicit and document business requirements with a focus on: 
  • E2E process mapping. 
  • The flow of data and data integrity. 
  • Mitigation of Operational Risks through employing controls and validation. 
  • Reporting solutions. 
  • Analyse and review technologies in line with business requirements. 
  • Make recommendations for changes to business processes with a focus on automation and data integrity. 
  • Develop engaging training materials and run train the trainer sessions for the business. 
  • Effectively communicate analysis insights to stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive informed decision-making and action. 
  • Provide technical support in project conceptualization, planning, implementation, and monitoring. 

     

    The successful candidate’s prior experience would include: 

     

    • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience (process modelling, IT technology analysis and implementation, creating engineering requirements in an environment where there is a mix of bespoke internally developed platforms and off the shelf SAAS products. 
    • Demonstrable experience of employing the full business analyst skillset, whilst working remotely with stakeholders across video calls rather than face to face and across different time zones. 
    • In-depth experience identifying and delivering process and service improvements. 
    • Experience in working independently and in managing the delivery of smaller projects 
    • Strong stakeholder management and customer experience skills. 
    • Experience of working in a regulated industry.

    Travel: The expected travel is minimal. 

     

    Location: London, United Kingdom. This position is a remote/ hybrid role. CQC works flexibly across global time zones.
