Must have skill: ECM Business Analyst
- The person should have exposure to Capture tools like Captiva or Kofax or Datacap and should have idea of ECM tools (either Documentum or FileNet).
- Working with customers to define a strategic ECM Roadmap
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements
- Interviewing and working with customers at senior level
- Defining business & information architectures
