Travel to platform hub locations will be expected as part of the role.
How we work
All Design Insights Analysts are embedded into a cross-functional squad (product, design, user research), where you are given the autonomy to shape your own backlog of work, aligning your analyses to core design initiatives. Building strong relationships with stakeholders across design & product is essential to the role, ensuring you can influence the direction of design changes.
We collaborate closely with user researchers, using quant to validate hypotheses from qualitative research. Our analysts do not just execute, but are challenged to think beyond delivery of analytics, focussing driving maximum impact.
