Responsibilities






We are seeking a Senior level Data Analyst - Enterprise Release Manager (ERM) to support our Springfield customer.

 

General Responsibilities: 

  • Support the Government in leading the integration of agile development practices, leveraging the SAFe framework to ensure coordination across release trains, teams, and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate alignment between risk and schedule management by coordinating with dedicated risk and schedule teams to ensure integration and synchronization with broader enterprise objectives.
  • Oversee the planning and traceability of user requirements and architectures, ensuring alignment with mission objectives and continuous improvement across development cycles.
  • Provide strategic guidance on solutions architecture and processes, proposing changes based on evolving mission requirements and agile best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer and mission needs into system and capability requirements, ensuring solutions meet operational demands and support enterprise-level initiatives.
  • Lead efforts in systems integration, engaging in analysis and execution of technical assessments across programs, with a focus on supporting Epic Development and broader enterprise needs.
  • Conduct and lead Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs), Course of Actions (CoAs), Trade Studies, and engineering assessments to provide comprehensive options for decision-makers.
  • Assist in strategic technical planning and interface design, working with multiple teams to ensure alignment of agile processes within the larger enterprise structure.
  • Leverage enterprise tools such as Jira and Confluence for release planning, task tracking, and documentation, ensuring transparency and traceability throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Actively promote process improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across teams, and supporting continuous improvement efforts aligned with the SAFe methodology.
  • Facilitate the integration of Major Systems Acquisitions, coordinating efforts across organizational, agency, and national boundaries to ensure consistency and efficiency.








Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

 

Minimum 9 years w/o a degree

Minimum 5 years with BA/BS

Minimum 3 years with MA/MS

Minimum 0 years with PhD

 

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with CI poly.
  • Proven ability to manage and implement complex processes and concepts in large-scale, cross-functional environments
  • Experience leading and mentoring junior and mid-level personnel in agile practices and systems engineering
  • Extensive experience within the Intelligence Community (IC), with a focus on enterprise-level system acquisition and development
  • Proficiency in leveraging enterprise tools like Jira and Confluence for release planning, tracking, and process management
  • Deep understanding of Agile and SAFe methodology, terminology, and best practices for scaling agile across the enterprise
  • Recognized as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in systems engineering, release management, or related fields
  • Ability to evaluate and recommend new technologies and processes based on mission objectives and requirements

  • Leadership and management, overseeing large, multi-disciplinary teams and providing expert guidance on task execution
  • Key team member, responsible for critical decision-making and issue resolution in high-stakes environments
  • Active coordination with risk and schedule teams, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines and objectives
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvement and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the agile framework

$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
