Do you have a background in advanced analytical work supporting and coordinating projects? As a Data Analyst, your daily duties will include analyzing, researching, scheduling, procurement, personnel, and related operational functions responsibilities in Public Works for the Field Services Departments. • Analyze work tasks in Cartegraph for tracking of KPIs, and data sets for NPDES reporting.
• Research using maps, road inventories, and property records to determine maintenance responsibilities.
• Enter labor, materials, and equipment used on work orders in the work management system once work is completed.
• Work with planner schedulers to build schedules for Operational Supervisors and field staff.
• Assist Operational Managers with accessing, compiling, organizing, and analysis of data to generate reports in a clear, precise, and logical manner.
• Log and track materials and aggregate used for annual inventory.
• Review and set KPIs for operations teams to track work improvements for the department.

Work Hours:  Monday – Friday, 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

About You

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in Public Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field AND three (3) years of job-related experience.
• OR- Bachelor's degree in an accredited college or university in Public Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field AND one year of job-related experience.
• OR- Five (5) years of professional-related experience can be substituted for the degree at management's discretion.
• A valid Florida Driver's License at the time of hire.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Expereince working with; Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project. 

Physical Demands:

• May occasionally lift and/or move more than 25 pounds.

Subject to Passing Substance Screening:  This position is subject to passing a pre-employment substance screening.  An applicant who fails to pass a required drug screening test shall be disqualified from employment for a period of five (5) years.

About Everything Else

Starting Pay Range: $25.70 - $27.50/hour, based on your experience.
