Overview: 

SCHEELS is seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and detail-oriented candidates for their Digital Merchandising Internship. Interns will collaborate with the E-Commerce and Buying teams on various tasks, including product launches for clothing and shoes, vendor dropship programs, and trend analysis. The role involves uploading product data to the SCHEELS website and working with the team to enhance the online shopping experience for customers in the softline space. This internship offers hands-on experience in digital merchandising, with opportunities to learn and contribute to creating an optimal online retail experience.  If you would like to gain professional digital merchandising experience and have fun along the way, we encourage you to join the SCHEELS E-Commerce team! 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Use Machine Learning and other tools to analyze data and extract meaningful insights
  • Support Data Analysts with in-depth analytics and recommendations based on specific business needs
  • Work on assigned projects, which require data extraction, analysis, and reporting of results
  • Help build data collection capabilities to enable faster, more accurate, and more efficient reporting for multiple levels and areas of the company

    Education & Experience:

    • The ideal candidate will have an interest in obtaining an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in business, IT, computer science, or a related field.

     

    Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:

    Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation
