Job Skills / Requirements

At Park DuValle Community Health Center, the Data Analyst is responsible for working closely with various departments to gather, process, and analyze data, ensuring data integrity and providing actionable insights to improve business operations and strategies.

This is not a remote position. The Data Analyst will work from our main site on Wilson Avenue, Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm.  


Primary Position Responsibilities:

  • Collect and process data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and third-party systems. (UDS, PCMH, Athena)
  • Present findings and insights to stakeholders through visualizations and detailed reports.
  • Automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
  • Participate in data governance initiatives to improve data quality and accessibility.
  • Utilize programming languages such as SQL, Python, or Automation.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift 15 or more pounds
 

Required Qualifications:

  • Certificate in Data Analyst
Required Experience/Skills:

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Certification in data analytics or related fields.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Critical thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills. 

Education Requirements (Any)

High school graduate or Equivalent (GED) and completion of a medical coding certificate program
