Data Analyst

We are seeking a Data Analyst with strong technical skills to support reporting, analytics, and system infrastructure across the organization. This role will be responsible for managing data architecture, maintaining reporting environments, and transforming raw data into meaningful insights that drive operational and strategic decisions. 

The ideal candidate has a strong background in SQL, Excel, Power BI, and system architecture, with the ability to maintain and optimize data servers and reporting systems. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and data pipelines to support reporting and analytics. 
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable business insights. 
• Manage and maintain data servers and system architecture, ensuring reliability, security, and performance. 
• Analyze large datasets and translate findings into clear reports for leadership and operational teams. 
• Maintain and optimize Excel-based reporting models and analytical tools. 
• Support cross-functional teams by providing data insights and reporting solutions. 
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for process and data efficiency improvements. 
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and governance across systems. 

Qualifications 

• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database management. 
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling). 
• Experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards. 
• Understanding data architecture and server maintenance. 
• Experience working with large datasets and reporting environments. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience with ETL processes or data pipelines. 
• Knowledge of database administration or server management. 
• Experience integrating data from multiple systems. 
• Background working in healthcare, government, or enterprise data environments.
