We’re looking for a Data Analyst to uncover insights that drive strategic decisions across marketing, customer experience, bookings, and financial performance. You’ll work closely with teams across the business—Marketing, Operations, and Finance—to transform data into actionable intelligence that fuels growth and efficiency.

This is a key role in supporting campaign performance, customer segmentation, forecasting, and reporting as we continue to scale our unique dining experiences across multiple cities.

 

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Marketing Performance

  • Track and analyse marketing and campaign performance

  • Report on ROI, cover uplift, conversion rates, retention, and attribution

  • Provide optimisation insights to Campaign and Brand teams

  • Support A/B testing and performance reporting

Customer Insights & Segmentation

  • Analyse customer behaviour, define segments, and identify churn risks

  • Track lifecycle metrics, visit frequency, acquisition costs, and LTV

  • Support CRM targeting with profiling and response modelling

Predictive & Forecasting Analysis

  • Build models to forecast bookings and highlight revenue opportunities

  • Create financial forecasts using historical booking/menu data

  • Work with Finance on profitability scenarios and trends

Reporting & Visualisation

  • Build and maintain dashboards and business KPI reports

  • Deliver regular insights to key teams (Marketing, Ops, Finance)

  • Support real-time dashboards for daily operational metrics

Data Infrastructure & Governance

  • Ensure accuracy and cleanliness of customer and booking data

  • Improve data pipelines and campaign attribution in collaboration with Tech and CRM teams

  • Promote a data-driven culture across the business

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a data analyst in hospitality, e-commerce, or consumer brands

  • Strong skills in SQL, data visualisation tools, and spreadsheet modelling

  • Experience in campaign analysis, customer segmentation, and forecasting

  • Solid understanding of marketing funnels and conversion tracking

  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and a strong communicator

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams
