Role Description:
This role will enhance security compliance, reduce exposure to cyber threats, improve reporting accuracy, increase automation, and enable more effective management of patching and vulnerability remediation activities across the enterprise. The position is essential for maintaining operational resilience and supporting strategic technology risk management objectives.
Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include working with stakeholders to understand their needs; analysing problems; capturing requirements; creating solutions; solving problems through automation; and providing subject-matter expertise to support scope and requirement decisions. The role also involves collaborating with project stakeholders to analyse and confirm requirements, improve processes, and write user and technical stories.
As a critical liaison between the Patching and Currency team and its stakeholders, this role defines, analyses, and delivers technology solutions that support strategic business objectives. It gathers and documents requirements, translates business needs into actionable deliverables for Agile teams, supports testing and implementation, and drives successful outcomes across the full delivery lifecycle. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, technical aptitude, and stakeholder management capabilities to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment while using modern tools, including GenAI, to improve analysis and delivery effectiveness.
