Position Overview
The Data Analyst will support, assist, and develop solutions to improve access, automation, and accuracy of internal information. In addition, this role will help promote a data-driven culture centered around BI technology by working closely with the Director of Business Intelligence to develop and communicate key findings.

Primary Responsibilities
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in information technology, finance/accounting, or a related field and at least two to three years of experience in data analytics. They should bring strong technical and personal skills to assess customer needs and translate them into effective reporting solutions. A solid foundation in Microsoft Excel, relational databases, basic statistics, and company ERP systems is required, along with experience using Pivot Tables. This person should also have a strong ability or interest in learning the Microsoft data stack, including ETL processes, DAX, and Power BI. Preferred experience includes working in a supply chain or product distribution environment. Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills, the ability to explain complex concepts clearly, sound judgment with sensitive information, and excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
