About the Role:

Scrumconnect Consulting is seeking a skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, creating insightful visualizations, and working closely with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to extract actionable insights. If you have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for turning data into meaningful stories, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Apply advanced tools and techniques for data analysis and data visualization, including the use of business information tools.
- Identify, collect, and migrate data to and from various systems to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Manage, clean, abstract, and aggregate data from multiple sources to support analytical studies.
- Manipulate and link different data sets to create comprehensive views of the data landscape.
- Summarize and present data and conclusions in the most appropriate formats for various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline, providing actionable insights for management, operational efficiency, and other key business performance metrics.

Essential Skills and Experience:

- Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject, such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in data analysis, data visualization, and working with complex data sets.
- Proficiency in using data analysis and visualization tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
- Strong experience in data migration, data cleaning, and data aggregation techniques.
- Experience in building and managing data pipelines, preferably through Azure or AWS.
- Familiarity with big data tools such as Hadoop and Spark is required.
- Background in programming using Open Source technologies, including Python, Java, or C++/.Net.
- Strong knowledge of data security best practices and GDPR compliance toward personal data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong desire to work in cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in an agile environment or organizations with an agile culture.
- A professional attitude and the ability to think creatively to solve complex challenges.
