The Role

To support K2’s Senior Data Analyst and account management team with analysis, collation and presentation of client data as needed to fulfil SLA, KPIs and ad hoc client reporting needs. 


Hours of work

Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm. Hybrid working applies (after successful probation), two days based in our Guildford office as needed to perform the role and build relationships which is an integral part of the K2 culture within the business


Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Using Power BI, develop and maintain client dashboard reports to meet needs of K2 clients and account management teams
  • Create repeatable reports for sharing to the wider K2 account management team
  • Analyse data and proactively present solutions to the Data Analyst and account management team
  • Suggest ways in which data can be stored differently in order to provide better reporting to clients
  • Suggest ways to streamline the quarterly/annual review reporting

 

Experience: Skills /Abilities & Knowledge

  • Experience with data visualisation tools, such as Power BI
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent Excel skills and proficient in PowerPoint including presentation preparation
  • Customer service skills.
  • Organizing and prioritizing daily/weekly tasks.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Adaptable to change and works well under pressure.
  • Excellent collaboration skills

Training and Education

  • University Degree in a relevant area would be advantageous.
  • Previous Analytics/BI reporting experience is essential
