About You



About The Role





Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team. This role is vital in delivering data-driven insights that influence our client strategies, driving incremental revenue and operational efficiency. You will work with complex marketing data sets to optimise customer lifetime value, acquisition, retention, and loyalty strategies. As a Data Analyst, you will have a more advanced role in shaping actionable insights and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure these insights are strategically implemented to maximise client ROI.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Perform in-depth analysis of large and complex marketing data sets, generating clear, actionable insights for our clients.

  • Identify high-impact interventions that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency, with a focus on customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty program optimization

  • Leverage advanced analytics techniques to develop predictive models related to customer behaviour, product performance, pricing strategies, and media optimisation

  • Translate complex data into a compelling narrative that links insights to strategic recommendations, supporting client campaign teams in delivering measurable business outcomes

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, particularly in Performance and Intelligence, to ensure insights lead to effective, rapid-response campaign interventions with measurable ROI

  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to improving analytics processes, methodologies, and best practices within the team


Key Skills and Requirements:



  • Advanced Data Analysis: Strong experience with Python, including advanced knowledge of libraries such as pandas, NumPy, SciPy, and matplotlib. R expertise is also considered, with the ability and willingness to work in Python

  • Statistical Expertise: Proficiency in statistical techniques, including regression analysis, clustering, and hypothesis testing, to ensure analytical robustness and accuracy of insights

  • Predictive Modelling: Experience building predictive models (e.g., customer churn, propensity scoring) using machine learning techniques

  • Data Visualisation: Ability to translate complex data findings into visually compelling dashboards and reports, using tools like Power BI or Tableau

  • SQL Proficiency: Advanced SQL skills for querying, cleaning, and transforming large datasets

  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of marketing analytics, including working with platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, and other digital marketing tools

  • Narrative Construction: Proven ability to construct engaging, strategic narratives from data that clearly communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders and ensuring data-driven strategies are aligned with business objectives


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience in working with CRM, customer segmentation, or loyalty programs

  • Familiarity with cloud-based data tools like Google BigQuery, AWS, or Snowflake

  • Experience in leading analytics projects or initiatives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
