Data Analyst

We are seeking a Data Analyst III to support operational and performance reporting through dashboard development, data analysis, and data visualization. This role will work closely with operations, engineering, and continuous improvement teams to turn business questions into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Power BI and/or Spotfire, SQL, and working with large, complex datasets. Experience with Databricks, Python, and Upstream Drilling & Completions data is a plus

• Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports in Power BI and Spotfire to support operational and performance insights
• Import, cleanse, validate, and transform data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness
• Analyze trends, correlations, and performance drivers to support business decisions and continuous improvement initiatives
• Present data in a clear and meaningful way using charts, graphs, dashboards, and tables
• Partner with operations, engineering, and continuous improvement teams to understand business needs and provide analytical solutions
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders
• Ensure data quality and integrity across reporting and analysis efforts

• Strong experience building dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Power BI and/or Spotfire
• Strong SQL skills for querying, validating, and transforming datasets
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and provide meaningful business insights
• Strong problem-solving skills with close attention to detail and data accuracy
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including engineering and operations teams
• Experience with Databricks is a plus
• Working knowledge of Python is a plus
• Experience with Upstream Drilling & Completions datasets is a plus
