Data Analyst

Ohel is seeking an experienced Data Analyst in our Brooklyn-based Mental Health Clinic, to be part of our dedicated team who is committed to delivering exemplary treatment while harnessing the latest evidence-based and cutting-edge practice models. Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement comprehensive program evaluation that will assess the effectiveness of behavioral health services.


• Developing the organizational processes that will be implemented to ensure the accurate and timely collection and input of data.


• Designing and overseeing the collection of data to ensure data is collected in a reliable and valid manner.


• Assisting in the development, maintenance, and monitoring of a dashboard of key performance and quality metrics used to support program operations and evaluation.


• Determining strategies to analyze and interpret collected data.


• Presenting findings of data and project KPI’s the form of user-friendly reports, tables & presentation.

Appropriate candidate must have a Masters degree in a Human Services-related field, Healthcare Management, Technology-related field including Data Analytics, or Business Administration with 1-2 years of experience in direct services and/or operations in healthcare or data analytics and reporting, or a Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services-related field, Healthcare Management, Technology-related field or Business Administration with 2-3 years of experience in direct services and/or operations in healthcare or data analytics and reporting.

Salary: $90,000
