Extreme Engineering Solutions (X-ES) is seeking an highly organized, data focused professional to support our sales, operations, and engineering departments.  Our Data Analysts combine and analyze data from multiple sources to provide a holistic perspective and enable data-driven decision making throughout the organization.


Duties and Responsibilities



  • Compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales demand to model materials and labor requirements.

  • Analyzing sales, operations, and engineering data to measure business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Collaborating with sales, operations, and engineering departments to understand data requirements and challenges.

  • Developing processes and technologies to streamline data creation and maintenance.

  • Communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner such as reports, scorecards, and dashboards.


Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Strong research and data analysis skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.

  • Self-motivated to drive projects forward, with strong organizational skills and ability to meet project deadlines.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (with advanced Excel skills) and writing SQL queries.

  • High level of written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Independent, self-driven, and data centric with excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work onsite from our facility located at 9901 Silicon Prairie Parkway in Verona, WI.


Desired Qualifications



  • Three years (3+) of related experience in an analytical role preferred.

  • Exceptional research and data analysis skills, with a meticulous attention to detail

  • Prior experience in a hardware technology industry.

  • Ability to exercise a high degree of judgment and creativity to accomplish goals.

  • Python programming skills and familiarity with version control systems.

  • Experience working with data visualization and BI tools.

  • Ability to provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
