An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Data Analyst to join our Technology and Business Improvement team in Swansea (hybrid working). As a Data Analyst, you will deliver powerful insights, develop Power BI reporting, and support data-driven decision making across the organisation. If you’re passionate about turning data into action, this Data Analyst opportunity is for you.

  • Role: Data Analyst
  • Hours: 35 hours Monday to Friday, Permanent
  • Pay: £38,700
  • Location: Swansea, Hybrid
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle required
  • We do not offer sponsorship

Interview Date: Tuesday 28th July 2026

There will be a practical assessment as part of the interview

 

About the role

As a Data Analyst, you will play a vital role in helping teams make informed, evidence-based decisions. You will:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI
  • Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities
  • Support KPI reporting and performance monitoring across the business
  • Lead on data integrity and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Deliver clear, impactful insights to stakeholders at all levels
  • Work collaboratively across departments to enhance business intelligence

This Data Analyst role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, driving improvements, and influencing business performance through data.

 

About you

To succeed as a Data Analyst, you will have:

  • Experience using Power BI, SQL, and data reporting tools
  • Strong analytical skills with experience handling large datasets
  • Excellent communication skills to present complex data clearly
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field

We welcome previous experience working as: Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, MI Analyst, Performance Analyst, Insight Analyst, or roles in finance, IT, or research with transferable analytical skills.
