SUMMARY:

Reporting directly to the Director, Data Analytics, the Data Analyst is responsible for auditing and analyzing all monthly commission reports and addendums.  The Data Analyst will be essential in creating and maintaining sales, commissions, business, and financial reporting for the Commissions Department.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Maintain and build BI reporting
  • Audits commission supplier reports and partner commission reports
  • Audits Addendums
  • Sets up new addendums
  • Prepares monthly reports
  • Calculates and uploads manual referral fees into RPM
  • Coordinates Teaming Program and pay4partner program
  • Prepares Sales Partner Variance Report
  • Processes commission reports as assigned
  • Coordinates VAR Upfront Commission Program
  • Prepares monthly New Billings Report
  • Prepares Key Indicator Reports for quarterly business review
  • Updates the Partner and Supplier Scorecards
  • Prepares weekly Channel Manger Order reports
  • Prepares business reports as needed
  • Prepares partner order reconciliations
  • Coordinates Financial Partner Programs
  • All other duties as assigned

 

Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Key Working Relationships: Suppliers, Sales Partners, Internal Colleagues and Supervisor.

 

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE & OTHER MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

The minimum qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability necessary for an individual to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  Reasonable amounts of training are provided. 

  • A bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, economics, or computer science or a related discipline is required.
  • One to three years of similar or related experience.
  • Moderate Microsoft Power BI skills, DAX, power query, SQL
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, Macro’s, vlookups, etc.
  • High attention to detail and ability to be flexible and learn quickly
  • Accounting and financial analysis experience a plus
  • Experience with computerized accounting software a plus
  • Experience with databases a plus
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Must be reliable, maintain consistent attendance and meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and complete work assignments with minimal supervision
  • Ability to follow through and bring assignments to closure
  • High attention to detail and ability to be flexible and learn quickly
  • Ability to work in a cooperative and team environment, as well as the ability to work independently
  • Telecom industry experience a plus

 

COMPENSATION:

Compensation Range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually

Actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on a number of variables including work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.  This position is not eligible for a variable pay component as part of the hiring range.
