Conduct performance analysis, training needs analysis and participant analysis of various learners and stakeholders for supported lines of business across multiple locations. Collecting Data, analyzing, interpreting, and communicating to develop knowledge and insights among stakeholders that help form strategy, goals, and activities that deliver desired results. Collaborating with the Maps Operations, Production, Quality, Analytics teams, and internal database management stakeholders to define and gather requirements to meet critical success factors (CSF) and key performance indicators (KPI). Collaborating with the LMS Administrator on configuration strategy, ensuring data is structured effectively to flow into Tableau and other internal applications. Producing Maps Operations L&D reports and dashboards, testing and critiquing the reports to ensure the recency and validity of the data. Develop evaluation forms following the Kirkpatrick model and support the knowledge management framework and tools across Maps Operations by monitoring quantitative and qualitative reports, dashboards, and survey feedback to assess learning performance and knowledge and skill gaps. Identifying trends and areas for improvement, share data-driven insights, and propose and drive innovative solutions to optimize learning effectiveness and business performance.
40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $167,946 - $209,900/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
