Assess, cleanse, categorize, and spot check customer spend data
Aggregate and cleanse data to help train machine learning algorithms
Work with members of the Customer Success team to support customer data needs
Research purchased services data to identify trends and opportunities
Ad-hoc reporting
Qualifications:
Excel experience - formulas, pivot tables etc.
Excellent critical thinker, strong problem solver
Outstanding organizational skills, ability to oversee multiple projects
