The CRM Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analysing, documenting, and managing business of CRM system. This role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors.

 

 

The Role

 

This is a pivotal role in ensuring that the CRM system not only meets technical specifications but also aligns with the organisation's strategic objectives and delivers tangible business value. Effective communication, collaboration, and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.

 

As part of this role, the CRM Business Manager will:

 

  • Work closely with the Director of Enterprise Applications and VP of Sales to understand the CRM vision, goals, and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify business requirements.
  • Conduct interviews and workshops to define CRM features and functionality.
  • Work closely with software and QA engineers to ensure a shared understanding of the user stories.
  • Assist the Enterprise Applications Director in prioritising the CRM development backlog.
  • Support testing and evaluation activities to validate the CRM’s functionality and quality.
  • Gather feedback from customers on the CRM’s performance, usability, and satisfaction.
  • Identify areas for CRM improvement, enhancement, and innovation.
  • Represent the CRM internally, sharing knowledge and answering questions.

About you

 

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with great knowledge of CPQ and MS Dynamics , preferably in a very senior-expert level. Our ideal CRM Business Analyst will have a good understanding of sales operations, a proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, as well as:

 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage CRM data to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with data migration and integration in CRM project
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
