We transform together | Turner & Townsend
As a Data Analyst Apprentice within Corporate Responsibility, you will contribute to major corporate initiatives, Annual reports and ESG disclosures across Turner & Townsend’s drive to low carbon future, operating with ethics and integrity and thriving workplaces and communities workstreams.
We have committed to major ambitions, such as being net zero by 2040, and you will have a vital role managing and interpreting data to support our strategies. Turner & Townsend continue to invest in, and develop, our data and digital transformation initiatives and will support you to develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours required for a successful career in Corporate Responsibility or data analytics.
You will work alongside a team of Corporate Responsibility experts to handle a growing set of data required to inform decision-making and enable rigorous and transparent data-sharing. You will also work with stakeholders across the business to collect the relevant data sets. This is a critical role as the business grows and our data is increasingly audited and assured as part of mandatory and voluntary requirements that support work-winning and critical business expansion. You will complete the Level 4 Data Analyst Apprenticeship while gaining practical workplace experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
You’ll receive a structured development plan. This plan introduces you to the key business, technical, and commercial competencies that we believe are essential for our apprentices to thrive at Turner & Townsend. It equips you with the necessary tools to manage and monitor your personal and professional development and progress. Rest assured, your line manager and apprentice development manager will be there to guide you throughout your apprenticeship journey

What We’re Looking For

Therefore, the opportunities for progression are likely to continue expanding. The skills learned during this Apprenticeship will also be highly-valuable as transferable skills to many other roles, not limited to Corporate Responsibility or Data Analytics/Science career paths.
You will be enrolled on the Level 4 Business Analyst Apprenticeship, typically lasting 18 months. Training will be delivered through a blend of workplace learning, online study and workshops.
