Overview

JST is currently seeking a Contract (Data) Analyst (HCA function) to join our team. This is a full-time Onsite position with potential hybrid/remote work at Defense Health Agency (DHA) in Aurora, CO. Contract (Data) Analyst Responsibilities

  • Extensive knowledge or understanding of federal procurement, may be as federal employee and/or Contractor employee in the GS-1102 series or equivalent capacity as a contract specialist/administrator or procurement analyst.
  • Utilize Government purchasing electronic invoicing processes.
  • Work with federal acquisition process.
  • Utilize contracting principles, laws regulation and procedures.
  • Use methods and techniques of fact-finding, analysis, and resolution of complex problems, and the ability to develop concrete action plans to solve problems.
  • Knowledge or understanding with Government purchasing electronic invoicing, to include: iRAPT, EDA, IUID, CDR, MyInvoice, and Contract Closeout.
  • Good verbal, analytical and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills in tracking data and actions.
  • Knowledge or understanding of writing professional documents.
  • Knowledge or understanding in Customer Service.
  • Well versed in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Skilled in Business Intelligence Reporting.
  • Work with SharePoint
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned.

Contract (Data) Analyst Qualifications

  • Experience with direct federal procurement in GS-1102 (or similar) capacity of which with extensive knowledge or equivalent capacity as a contract specialist/administrator or procurement analyst.
  • Experience with Government purchasing invoice processes including (iRAPT, EDA, IUID, CDR, MyInvoice, and Contract Closeout).
  • Must have good verbal, analytical and written communication skills. Good organizational skills in tracking data and actions.
  • Experience writing professional documents and excellent customer service.
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Experience with Business intelligence reporting
  • Experience with SharePoint

  • MUST be able to pass a US Government Security Clearance
