ResponsibilitiesJob Summary:
You will be a Data and Analytics partner to the global medical device commercial leaders in Americas, EMEA, and APAC. As an integral part of the Medical Device Commercial Analytics team, you will provide both strategic and operational decision support via extensive data analytics, and insights.
Essential Functions & Accountabilities:
- Data Collection, Modeling and Management: Collect, analyze, and manage data from various sources (primarily the ERP and CRM but external as well) to support the organization's data-driven decision-making processes.

Data Analytics: Conceptualize, build, and maintain Data Models for ongoing reporting and analytics. In addition, interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets (both transactional and user-generated) to provide actionable intelligence.

Reporting and Visualization: Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, metrics, and business trends. Present findings and insights using data visualization tools such as Power BI.

Data Governance: Help maintain standardization in definitions and implementation of data strategies, policies, processes, and programs. Identify areas for automation, standardization, and scalability to support business growth objectives.
- Business Partnering: You will be the Analytics business partner, supporting monthly/quarterly business reviews which involve extensive data analysis and reporting.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Responsible for effectively communicating the results of your analysis and providing recommendations to relevant stakeholders. This involves translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Strategic Decision Support: Provide analytical support to the Fertility Solutions commercial teams, on a global scale. This support includes both regular (periodic) reporting and responding to ad-hoc analytical needs.
- Global Reporting Platform: You are expected to contribute to the development and improvement of the global commercial reporting platform, which may involve enhancements to data visualization, reporting tools, or data infrastructure.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide Data and Analytics support to teams working on Incentives & Compensation, Customer Experience, and other Special projects.

QualificationsQualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365, PowerBI, MS Excel (Super-user), and MS PowerPoint
- Experience in building Reports, Dashboards, and scorecards using Business intelligence tools.
- Familiarity with data modeling techniques and tools.
- Excellent understanding of systems and processes.
- Experience with statistical software’s and programming is a plus.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
- Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires a high degree of multitasking with minimal supervision.
- The ability to think broadly for organizational implications of analytic insights.
- Results-driven, detail-oriented, organized self-starter
- Excellent time management skills with a sense of urgency and a proven ability to work on multiple projects at any given time.
Work Environment:
Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience, preferably in Analytics Consulting or in a similar data-heavy environment
Education:
- Finance, Business Intelligence, Business Administration or Data Science

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $80,000 - $100,000. The actual base pay includes many factors, and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
