As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making for our organization. Leveraging your expertise in ERP systems and data analysis, you will be responsible for extracting, interpreting, and visualizing key performance metrics to inform strategic project planning and execution. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex technical information into clear, actionable insights that enable optimized project delivery and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain standardized data extraction and reporting processes from the organization's ERP systems (Mainly Oracle EBS R12 and Fusion)

• Conduct in-depth analyses of project performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains

• Design dynamic dashboards and visualizations to enable real-time monitoring of key project metrics

• Communicate findings and recommendations to project managers, executives, and other stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner

• Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools and techniques, and implement new solutions to enhance reporting capabilities

• Provide technical support and training to end-users on ERP system functionality and reporting

• Collaborate with IT, finance, and operations teams to ensure data integrity and accessibility

We are looking for candidates who are highly motivated and thriving in a dynamic and collaborative environment. What we also expect from you:

• 1-3 years Finance, Business Intelligence or related experience
• Skilled in proficiently using computers and related software in performing financial job tasks, specifically setting up spreadsheet formulas, linking spreadsheets, extracting data and validating new models vs existing reports
• Affinity to analytical systems and experience using Business Intelligence technology with a Financial perspective is a must
• Experienced in communicating complex ideas effectively, both orally and in writing, and making presentations to cross functional teams. Ability to work well with all levels of management and employees.
• Knowledge of research methodologies. Ability to conduct research, prepare comprehensive and accurate reports and present complex financial and statistical information in a clear and succinct fashion.
