PURPOSE OF JOB: |
As a BI Analyst at Bytes, you will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights to drive informed decision-making within our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain interactive and visually appealing Power BI reports and dashboards.

CORE COMPETENCIES & SKILLS: |
Proven experience as a Power BI Specialist or similar role. Strong proficiency in Power BI, including data modelling, DAX, and M Query. Experience with other BI tools or data visualization platforms. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts. Familiarity with CRM and sales data is a plus. Proficiency in SQL for data retrieval and manipulation. Excellent data visualization skills with a keen eye for design. Familiarity with data integration and ETL processes. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Experience working in an IT sales or technology-focused environment is a plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: |
Data Analysis and Visualization: Extract, clean, and transform data from various sources to create meaningful datasets. Design, develop, and maintain visually appealing and interactive Power BI reports and dashboards.
Data Modelling: Develop and optimize data models to ensure efficient and accurate data analysis. Implement best practices for data modelling and maintain data integrity.
Report Automation: Create automated processes to schedule and distribute Power BI reports to relevant stakeholders. Ensure data refresh and report performance are optimized.
Collaboration: Work closely with IT, sales, and other departments to understand their data needs and requirements. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document reporting requirements.
Troubleshooting and Support: Identify and resolve data and reporting-related issues promptly. Provide support and training to end-users on Power BI functionality.
Data Governance: Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations. Implement and maintain data governance best practices. |

Educational Qualifications: |
