The London Estate is expected to make a significant contribution to the performance and growth of GPUK. This role plays a key part within the London team to deliver on the flexible workspace strategy to enable us to meet customer demand and grow our rents and value ahead of market performance.  This role is important to creating properties of choice and enabling the operational team to be Partner of Choice to our customers. The role is in the Belgravia Office and Flexible Workspace team, responsible for supporting the delivery, marketing and leasing of office fit outs, alongside managing insight for the flexible workspace portfolio and leading on improvement initiatives that improves the performance of the business.  The London Estate is serviced by an operations team to ensure the London Estate maximises current and future income and excels at delivering social benefit, and this role will work closely with that team to ensure a seamless delivery for our tenants and our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop project briefs and business case for flex and fitted offices
  • Support the delivery of fit out projects, working closely with the project team to make them successful
  • Maintain database of target office occupiers
  • Support the marketing and leasing of offices, producing material required and keeping core systems up to date
  • Support the operational set up of fitted offices
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting of the office portfolio
  • Provide insight into the performance of the office portfolio, identifying improvement opportunities
  • Manage initiatives (strategic, operational, technology) that improve the performance of the flexible workspace business
  • Work closely with our flexible workspace partners to successfully implement improvements

Key Requirements

  • Commercially astute
  • Excellent numerical skills
  • Experience of, or a keen interest in finding out about, Real Estate
  • Experience in delivering office fit outs would be useful but not essential.
  • Experience in implementing improvement initiatives
  • Willingness to challenge to achieve best results.
  • Excellent people skills, with a natural affinity to work with other functional areas and work effectively with colleagues.
  • Self-starter who is highly motivated and committed.
