Job Description

What will you do? 

As a product focused Business Analyst, you’ll join our new Product Strategy team supporting with a new data-driven approach for our product roadmap.  Gathering, reviewing and analysing customer usage data, market trends, and client and competitor intel, you’ll collaborate with a Senior Product Strategy Analyst to influence future product decisions and their impact on the business.  

Working on the ground, you’ll find and pull together data from disparate sources, investigating who the data owners are, what format the data is in, and create a cohesive analysis from it.  This data analysis will allow you to influence decision making for new Product offerings, changes to the existing suite of products and drive forwards future developments.  Using business analysis, financial modelling and market intelligence analysis, you’ll help the team make evidence-based conclusions and convert these into proposed actions. 

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders in all different departments to support business leaders and product development teams.  Using tools such as Salesforce, PowerBI and Gong, you’ll work alongside Business Intelligence teams to get the data we need to make informed decisions.  With the support from our new Head of Product Strategy, this is a great opportunity to be part of a new team, shaping the product roadmap of a scaling global business.

Qualifications

What will you bring?

Having held Business Analyst, Product Analyst or other data centric roles, your experience has enabled you to gather information and data from different sources and bring it together into a single narrative.  You use your investigations to learn product trends, emerging needs’ of users and customers, and the behaviours of the wider marketplace.  The work you do directly impacts the product development lifecycle of the businesses you’re in.

Tech savvy and used to using multiple tools, you’re familiar with Salesforce, Gong, and other data tools including PowerBI and Excel.  You’re able to perform analyses to draw conclusions and help contribute to product decision making, including new products in development, improvements and changes to existing features, and helping the business understand their customers’ evolving needs.

You’re a great collaborator and communicator, working with different business units and data owners to source the correct data, working closely with Business Intelligence teams to bring this data into a single dashboard, and then sharing your findings with the wider Product Strategy team through presentations, reports and conversations.  You’re early in your Business or Product Analysis career, but you’re ready to be part of a scaling global brand to gain exposure and experience to progress in your Product career.
