Applies comprehensive knowledge of a particular business specialization to the completion of complex assignments. Analyzes business conditions and develops policies.

Job Qualifications
Four years of experience in developing policies, programs and strategies in the business specialization.
Or
Bachelor's degree and two years of experience in developing policies, programs and strategies in the business specialization.
*Specific experience or skills may be required by the hiring manager depending on area where position is assigned.
Major Duties
Applies comprehensive knowledge of a particular business specialization to the completion of complex assignments.
Develops business policies. Recommends changes in procedures and reviews progress and evaluates results.
Works with other departments and contractors in the preparation of analysis, research, design, development, conversion and implementation of programs, projects and/or systems.
Prepares reports, graphs and charts of data developed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
