Gamma is a leading supplier of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS): we provide voice, data and mobile products and services to the UK, German, Spanish and Benelux business markets.


Gamma is expanding its UCaaS presence in Europe with a family of businesses focusing on digital automation, delivering Gamma-powered services to SME customers via a network of channel partners in Germany, Spain, and the Benelux region.


Who are we looking for? 👀


Business Analyst  who works with a wide range of business stakeholders and change team members to understand business problems and unmet needs, define success criteria, and develop solutions and support their adoption by the business stakeholders.


What will you be doing day-to-day?



  • Responsible for working with stakeholders to analyse as-is situations to identify pain points and unmet needs

  • Responsible for working with stakeholders to define problem statements and success criteria

  • Accountable for identifying solutions to those problem statements that meet the success criteria, including bringing in other team members as needed

  • Accountable for communicating solution progress with stakeholders, including show & tell sessions, sprint demonstrations, ensuring blockers are resolved, managing changes to the solution against the agreed success criteria

  • Accountable for the successful delivery and adoption of the solution, including evaluating the solution against the success criteria and identifying any remaining unmet needs

  • Responsible for supporting the team in planning for future Programme Increments, and with Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospectives - including taking part in regular stand-ups and other project team meetings

  • Responsible for representing stakeholders within the project team, and being a link between stakeholders and the project team throughout the project


What you’ll need 💻



  • Previous experience in a BA or User Researcher role

  • Previous experience in building and maintaining relationships across multiple teams, and at various levels (egs: business change, tech, internal governance, procurement)

  • BCS BA Diploma (desirable)

  • Experience working with (Salesforce desirable)
