We are currently searching for a Business Analyst – CRM D365:

Responsibilities

  • Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience of Azure DevOps, Jira or a similar solution 
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision making, interpersonal and communication skills 
  • High-motivated, self-directed individual with the ability to work independently 

Requirements

  • Well-versed in SQL and Relational Databases
  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to multi-task 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft CRM System is a great plus. 
  • Implementation or migration experience with any CRM or ERP project.

Desired 

  • 3+ years of BA experience with any of CRM platform is preferred
  • 3+ Years of CRM (D365) Support Experience 
  • 3+ Years of Data Analysis Experience 
  • Agile SAFe certification or a similar Agile certification would be advantageous 

Languages

  • Advanced Oral English.
  • Native Spanish.
