What you’ll do as a Business Analyst in Configuration:

  • Gather business requirements and work with external vendor to ensure accurate and timely benefit configuration
  • Collaborate with the Claims department and other departments as necessary to review/approve testing and validation of benefit adjudication rules and ad-hoc changes to for all system modifications and enhancements
  • Serve as subject matter expert and will work with other functional areas to respond to all configuration related requests, inquiries and escalations
  • Assist Management with the development and implementation of processes that improve current business flow and create efficiencies

What you’ll bring:

  • Requires 3 to 5 years of progressively more responsible experience in a managed care environment.
  • Experience with Facets highly preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HealthCare Management or related field preferred.   Additional related work experience may substitute for some educational requirements.
