As a Business Analyst with us, you'll be at the forefront of change, collaborating closely with Scrum Teams, Product Owners, and Project Managers to drive innovation from inception to success measurement. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring our solutions align with our company strategy and Product Owner roadmaps, delivering tangible business value.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead As Is and To Be process mapping efforts
  • Conduct insightful data analysis
  • Facilitate engaging workshops with subject matter experts
  • Drive Impact Analysis to inform decision-making
  • Champion real-time user feedback collection for iterative improvements
  • Monitor progress, identifying and mitigating risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Define and execute test scenarios, triaging and prioritizing defects
  • Translate requirements into actionable items, from Epics to User Stories
  • Collaborate effectively with software development teams and third-party providers
  • Manage stakeholders with clear and regular communications
  • Cultivate subject matter expertise to provide valuable consultancy within the business

What We're Looking For:


  • Proven experience in formal Business Analyst roles, with a knack for requirements gathering
  • Strong grasp of process engineering concepts (As Is & To Be)
  • Proficiency in internal stakeholder and third-party/supplier management
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies
  • Previous exposure to the financial services sector is essential and experience within WRAP Platform/Investment/Financial Planning & Advisory sectors would be a huge plus
  • Experience with regulatory change projects is advantageous
  • Desirable skills include familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, BDD/Gherkin syntax
