- Role Summary: As a Business Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining relationships with Microsoft partners, managing private offers, and driving operational efficiency. You will be responsible for maintaining project management processes, communicating with partners, and analyzing business metrics.

4. What are the key responsibilities?
- Establish and maintain Microsoft partners private offers monitoring and management dashboard.
- Communicate with the partners' point of contact and provide necessary updates and notifications.
- Maintain storage and retrieval of project communications data and business metrics.
- Review contracts, cost proposals, and contract supplements.
- Set up project and work breakdown structures.
- Establish and document business processes.
- Track project budgets and expenditures.

5. What experience are we looking for to drive success?
- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
  - Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, or business.
  - 2-5 years of overall experience in the field.
  - Proficiency in MSFT Excel, PowerBI, and PowerPoint.
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  - Familiarity with PowerBI dashboards or Power Automate experience.
