Job Summary:
The Business Analyst will assist the Business Intelligence team on data-driven projects, database management, and general reporting needs. The ideal candidate for this position has a desire to learn more about business processes and analytics, possesses strong analytical skills, and pays close attention to detail.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with reporting internally and with the NHL
- Build lists and campaigns for sales and marketing teams- Support management of sales AI and enablement tools
- Develop segments for in-person and digital fan engagement
- Clean and maintain data across business units
- Assist with management of data across various data sources including but not limited to Ticketmaster, Microsoft Dynamics, Amazon Redshift, and other SaaS platforms
- Support building and analyzing market research initiatives
- Collaborate on pricing and product development
- Perform additional reporting and data management duties as needed
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with market research preferred
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau preferred
- Experience with SQL preferred
- Data-driven mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Willingness to learn
