Position Responsibilities:
  • Helps drives operational discipline
  • Content creation & communication
  • Maintains procedure manuals and documentation. Ensures current information is available to all employees, communicates to appropriate employees when updates are posted, maintains appropriate document control, and ensures obsolete documentation is updated regularly.
  • Maintains regional reference lists including key client lists, look to book lists, employee CIC and agent sign lists, GDS access, operations procedures master list.
  • Identifies key communication opportunities and provides content for leadership to drive overall performance.
  • Change management consultant
  • Expert user of Power Advantage. Ability to take data and turn into actionable information and insight.
  • Develops reports to assist managers in driving productivity and in tracking training including control charts, outlier reports, training reports, portrait reports.
  • Leadership team member
  • Active part of the leadership team activities including positive participation in employee engagement activities, team building, training and self-development and active participation in team meetings and working sessions.

Position Requirements:
  • Results-driven, ability to work independently and collaboratively with equal success and track record of outstanding individual and team performance.
  • Understanding/experience and interest in Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement methodologies
  • Strong capabilities to influence where there is no direct authority.
  • Elite communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience with social media communication
  • Strong or growing cross-cultural leadership and communication skills
  •  
    Desired Characteristics:
  • Strong time management and prioritization
  • Proficient in MS Excel and VBA Macros
  • Proficient in MS Access and SQL
  • Some knowledge in HTML, Java, SharePoint, InfoPath, any others are a plus
  • 1-3 years’ experience in reporting and analysis in a shared service center environment
