Qualifications for this Career Opportunity

  • Knowledge of principles and practices of information systems analysis, design, development, implementation, maintenance, and security related functions.
  • Strong conceptual, analytical and problem solving ability.
  • Ability to evaluate program requirements relative to processes and systems development; conduct research; exercise sound judgment in solving programs and make decisions where few precedents exist.
  • Meet minimum qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
    • Two years job-related experience in business analysis or related information technology analysis.
    • Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
    • Experience with MS Project or other project management tools preferred.

The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) has a career opportunity within the Child and Family Services Division.

 

This position works with partners to analyze business requirements and develop solutions to complex data management processes; conduct research to help identify and propose technical solutions; and responds promptly to requests for information and recommendations. Acts as the key interface between all constituents, including users, vendors, project management, IT, clients, etc., gathering information, documenting processes and confirms the final documents with users.
