A little more about your role…

This role sits within our growing Programme Solutions team, supporting the delivery of major infrastructure and complex programmes through data, reporting and analytics.

Working alongside project managers, engineers and PMO teams, you will play a key role in ensuring project data is accurate, structured and accessible—helping to provide clear insight into performance and supporting effective decision-making.

You will contribute to reporting across cost, schedule, risk and performance, while supporting the development of digital tools and dashboards that improve how projects are understood and delivered.

 

What we will be looking for you to demonstrate…

What will you do?

  • Support the development of clear, insightful reporting using tools such as Power BI and Excel
  • Transform data from multiple sources into structured, usable formats
  • Contribute to integrated reporting across cost, schedule, risk and performance
  • Maintain key PMO datasets including risk, issue, action and performance logs
  • Support programme and project governance reporting cycles
  • Work with project teams to improve data quality, consistency and reporting processes
  • Contribute to the development of more efficient, automated reporting approaches
     

What we will be looking for you to demonstrate…

Qualifications

  • Degree-qualified or equivalent experience in data analytics, engineering, mathematics or a related discipline

 

Skills & Experience

  • Experience working with data and interpreting datasets
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI
  • Ability to structure and present data clearly and concisely
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Experience working in a project, programme or PMO environment (desirable)
