The Apptio ACE Business Analyst supports Apptio’s AWS Alliance Leadership in operational and sales excellence to drive revenue and strategic, repeatable engagement with Amazon Web Services. The ideal candidate for this dynamic opportunity has experience managing programs, living in CRM, using partner deal sharing tools like ACE - APN (AWS Partner Network) Customer Engagements, and desire to gain experience across partner business development, relationship management, strategic planning, and account management. Candidates must have a team player attitude and be committed to working in a fast paced, hyper-growth environment. You support the team to consistently meet or exceed quota by thinking outside of the box, working strategically, and collaborating to do so.

•               The AWS ACE Business Analyst drives tighter sales alignment between AWS and the partner. Multiple points of contact for AWS and Partner seller connections provides redundancy and quicker response times for opportunity and lead sharing
•               The AWS ACE Business Analyst will enable the AWS Alliance team to execute more activities, managed and measured in Apptio CRM and ACE to support the growth of connected teams and building better working relationships across 1000’s of global customer teams
General Responsibilities of an AWS ACE Business Analyst Associate:
•               Be an extension of the AWS Partner Sales & GTM Team for Apptio
•               Build close relationships with field sellers and leadership internally
•               Review and validate AWS Lead and Opportunity submissions.
•               Maintain detailed partner pipeline and deal status through daily deal updates
•               Ensure up to date and accurate recording of opportunities in your CRM and ACE
•               Drive revenue streams for partners and customers, both building and closing partner sourced deals and influencing existing deals
•               Understand the nuances of the AWS Marketplace Private Offer Process using the IBM Quote and Special Bid process to help ensure customer success and accurate reporting. 
•               Support the IBM/Apptio training teams for creation of content for AWS sales and Apptio on opportunity and Lead management process.
•               Works with the AWS Partner team to connect AWS and Partner sellers on opportunities

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
